All photos were taken during the First Amendment Congress in April hosted by FOI Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Department of Libraries, the Oklahoma Library Association and the Oklahoma County Metropolitan Library System. The two-day event included general sessions on freedom of information issues and break-out sessions on internet censorship, hate speech, state openness in government laws and the First Amendment Resource Center program.
