ajc.com: Georgia attorney general files criminal charges for violations of the Georgia Open Records Act

Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr’s office on Monday announced two criminal citations have been filed against the press secretary of former Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed in the first-ever criminal complaint for alleged violations of the Georgia Open Records Act.
